EMAIL FROM FRETWEB ADMIN - VALIDATION / USER NAME EMAIL
Assuming you registered a user
name and email address with us*, you will have been sent the USER
ACCOUNT VALIDATION EMAIL. However, if you entered your email address
incorrectly, said email will have bounced and been returned to us.
That is, we could not validate your email address. If you think this
might have happened to you, just
mail us and we'll check
our list of 'bouncers'. (There are quite a few of them!) As
soon as we've got a valid / correct email address, we can complete the
registration process for you.
HOTMAIL
To those of you with hotmail accounts, please
make sure that:
1. there's enough room in your inbox;
2. your account is actually
still 'live';
3.
you add the following email addresses to
your email contact / address book.

It appears that
HOTMAIL are blocking emails from FRETWEB
Admin. As we understand it, any emails sent by
admin@englishteaching.co.uk are blocked or put in your hotmail junk
or trash folder. Please check there for any 'missing' emails.
Also, don't forget to add our email address to your list of contacts.
Though we have made contact with
hotmail to request that they stop blocking our emails, we
are still waiting for a reply. If you could spare a mo to repeat
this request, we would be extremely grateful.

FRET ADMIN - LONG HYPERLINK
If
your email software does not allow you to follow live hyperlinks, copy
the link in its entirety, paste it into the address bar of your browser
window and press enter (return). You will then be able to complete
the registration process.
If you can't do it, just forward us a copy of
the email (in its entirety) and we'll do it for you.

I SUBSCRIBED VIA WORLDPAY BUT DID NOT REGISTER WITH FRETWEB. WHAT
HAPPENS NOW?
*If, after making payment, you DID NOT register
your user name and email address with us, we will have to create your
account manually. For further info, please read the emails from
WorldPay.

FUTUREPAY AGREEMENT?
When
you subscribe, and in addition to making and instant, immediate payment, you also create
(via WorldPay) your FuturePay Agreement – a payment to be debited
from your card annually. Basically, it’s a direct debit – but from your
card as opposed to from your account. Assuming
that your FuturePay Agreement is still operational and / or that your
payment details are still valid, a debit will be applied to your card when
your next annual payment falls due - on the anniversary of your initial
subscription.
Managing your ANNUAL FuturePay / Subscription Agreements
If you need to manage and administer your FuturePay Agreement,
including updating contact and card details, etc, log on to the WorldPay Shopper
Management System with your
WORLDPAY user name and password.

CANCEL FUTUREPAY AGREEMENT
You are free
to cancel your FuturePay Agreement at any time. If you want to do
this, use your WORLDPAY user name and password to log on to the WorldPay
Shopper Management System.

From there, you can
view and cancel your FuturePay Agreement, etc.
DUPLICATED
SUBSCRIPTIONS?
If you have
erroneously duplicated subscriptions, please let us know.

Send us your
WorldPay transaction IDs or FuturePay Agreement numbers and we will
organise the applicable refund. We will also arrange cancellation of any duplicated FuturePay
Agreements.
FORGOT TO CANCEL YOUR FUTUREPAY AGREEMENT?
If you no longer want access to our
Secure Site but you DID NOT cancel your FuturePay Agreement before
the renewal date, please let us know.

Send us your
FuturePay Agreement ID and, assuming you have not accessed the Secure
Site during the 'new' payment period, we will organise
the applicable
refund.
